💡 How it works:
• Stock Concentration: Your source solution concentration
• Highest Concentration: The top point of your standard curve (diluted from stock)
• The first well is prepared from stock, then each subsequent well dilutes down from there
• Colors automatically lighten with each dilution step
• Replicates: If you select 24 wells with 3 replicates, you'll get 8 dilution points (each replicated 3 times)
• Example: A1-A8 (first replicate), B1-B8 (second replicate), C1-C8 (third replicate)
